I stopped smoking about a third of the way through the book just because that was the right time for me as I has been away and wanted to come home and make that fresh start as soon as I got home. I think the reason he says to carry on smoking while you read the book is because he doesnt want you to feel deprived as this may make you want to smoke even more and also because a lot of people may not bother reading it if they must stop smoking immediately.
I am so excited about all the money I will be saving and also how I will be setting a great example to my kids - now I just hope I can convince the rest of my family to read this book and achieve the great success that I have! Why do we even smoke in the first place, it is extremelly expensive, make you and your breath smell, gives you diseases, its antisociable - there is not 1 good thing that smoking does for us yet so many of us do it because we are addicted to the nicotine.
I am so proud of myself and I want to share this with everyone who wants to be free from smoking - it really is so easy. I would urge anybody that is really serious about stopping smoking, to get a copy of this book, it is amazing how you will stop smoking and be completely happy about it. I just wish that I had read this book many years ago! Thanks to this book I am now a non-smoker and I know that I will remain a non-smoker for the rest of my life, and I couldnt be happier - It weird because I havent been irritable, moody, or feeling sad because I now realise that I dont actually NEED to smoke anymore whereas before I just thought I did. I ordered this book from Amazon: Allen Carr's EASYWAY to Stop Smoking - I would never thought of trying it but because it had soooo many amazing reviews I thought what the heck, just give it a read, it cant do no harm. This time was so different, and I cant believe how easy it has been!!!! In the past I have tried quitting quite a few times but with little success, usually because I feel so moody or depressed when I cant have once that I ended up smoking again because I thought it made me feel better. After smoking for almost 10 years, I have recently become a non-smoker.
